All Aboard! The 2007 Trains at NorthPark benefiting
the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas!
Since 1987, children and adults alike have marveled at The
Trains at NorthPark, the annual holiday fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald
House of Dallas, which has now become a Dallas holiday tradition. Every
year, thousands of people watch as more than 35 'O' gauge trains travel
on a magical journey across America, past a miniature Golden Gate Bridge,
Mount Rushmore, and on past the Dallas skyline before taking in Times
Square and Washington, D.C. The exhibit offers sights and sounds to capture
any audience and pull them into the wonder of the holiday season.
The Trains at NorthPark hit the tracks every year to raise
money for the children and families of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas,
a home-away-from-home for families who have traveled to Dallas with their
children for treatment in local hospitals. Because of the popularity of
the Exhibit, it now provides approximately 1/2 of the annual operating
budget for the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.
The generous sponsors of The Trains at NorthPark make it
possible for the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas to continue to serve
children and their families. Thank you!
